If a session can’t be attended, for any reason, there will not be a refund, but they are able to continue working in IXL.

Behavior Expectations

It is important that everyone in the group is respectful of one another. We’re all here to help each other improve. It is of the utmost importance that that supporting environment is maintained. As such, there is a zero tolerance policy for disrespecting anyone in the meeting. Any students who disrespect others will no longer have access to sessions. There will be no refunds.

Refunds

I have a strict no refund policy.

Payment

Invoices for a given week are sent on the Wednesday before, and are due on Fridays. Invoices not paid on time will incur a late fee of $25. To avoid this, you have the option of setting up auto-withdraw on a card or bank, and you can avoid having to manually pay invoices every week. There is a checkbox on your invoices that allows for your information to be securely saved by my payment processor.

Cancellation Policy

  • I am a single-person, low-volume business. As such, time that is reserved for you must be paid for.

  • I do not offer refunds for canceled appointments.

  • I do understand, however, that occasionally situations arise and appointments must be rescheduled. If I am notified at least 24 hours in advance that you won’t be able to make it to your appointment, I am happy to reschedule to the extent that my schedule allows.

  • If I am not notified 24 hours in advance of our appointment time, I will not be able to reschedule your appointment.

Frequent Appointment Reschedules

While I understand that occasionally things come up, I ask that you stay as committed to your scheduled appointment time as possible. It is difficult for me to accommodate frequent scheduling changes due to the nature of my business.

Technology Failures & No Shows

It is your responsibility to have a backup for technological failures on your end, including but not limited to loss of internet, broken equipment, etc. I am not able to offer reschedules for no shows, regardless of their reason. That said, if you foresee not being able to attend your appointment for any reason, I encourage you to reach out to me as soon as possible. I might be able to offer a solution.
